Cladding for a digital skills centre in Cirencester

The project was part of a stunning transformation of Cirencester College and its new state-of-the-art ‘Digital Skills Centre,’ a fantastic new facility which hugely benefits students and is transforming digital education at the college. Designed by Roberts Limbrick architects and carried out by main contractor EG Carter & Co Ltd, they chose MechSlip, a non-combustible mechanically-fixed A1-rated brick cladding solution for the scheme. It was the first time EG Carter & Co’s had used MechSlip on a project and, as well as the technical performance of the system, the brick finishes also met both their, and Roberts Limbrick’s aspirations.
