Hosted at the Little Harp, the evening saw teams pit their wits in a nine-round quiz. There was also a raffle and a fun mask competition, where individuals decorated masks on their table with the best judged receiving a prize.

Mind provides information and advice to people with mental health problems and lobbies government and local authorities on their behalf.

Aquarian Cladding’s Chief Fundraiser for the year, and Technical Sales Manager in the South East,

Eamonn Geoghegan, explained: “It’s easy to mask mental issues with different disguises but Mind help to remove the mask and are there to offer support when needed.

“It was a really fun evening and I’d like to say a huge thank you to all those who took part and supported us, and all those in the pub who played in the raffle.

“We achieved what we wanted to, which was to raise money and raise awareness of what this worthwhile charity does.”

A week before, our Winchester team supported a coffee morning by arranging cakes/biscuits.

The proceeds from that, plus the money from the quiz, meant that more than £300 was raised. In total the Aquarian team have managed to raise more than £2500 for Mind so far this year.
