Gebrik

The Gebrik range consists of over 300 different natural clay brick finishes cast in polyurethane moulds under factory controlled conditions. Panels are produced (approximately one square metre) in either stretcher or stack-bond in a variety of brick slip sizes. The panels are simply screwed directly to the substructure (masonry, timber or steel frame) on site and sealed with PU foam in the unique Gebrik chamber. A comprehensive range of factory manufactured components completes the system - for external corners, window and door surrounds or special features.

Isybrik

Where small areas of insulated brick cladding are required, which need to exactly match existing brickwork, Isybrik is a perfect solution. It offers extruded polystyrene boards, which are ribbed at coordinating brick heights, and are mechanically fixed to the substrate on site. The horizontal ribbing enables brick slips to be accurately glued to the boards on site with our specially adapted adhesive. The main advantage is that brick slips can be produced from existing stock to ensure continuity of the brick façade.

GRP brick panels

Often our clients simply require small bespoke areas of non load-bearing brickwork or intricate brick details where perhaps Gebrik or Isybrik are not suitable due to brick finish, panel thickness or detail and no further insulation is required. Bricks are removed from site, cut into slips and cast in glass reinforced plastic to form 20mm thick panels, which are mechanically fixed to the substrate.

Gecaro

Terracotta tiles have been widely used as a rainscreen in the UK since the end of the last century and we can provide numerous tile colours cast in polyurethane to form composite insulating panels to create a similar effect.
