Certification
Gebrik has been tested and approved by the British Board of Agrément, certificate number 07/2443.
 
Gebrik has also been tested and approved by Taylor Woodrow Laboratories in accordance with CWCT Standard Test Methods for building envelopes, 2005 for:      
Watertightness (static pressure)
Watertightness (dynamic pressure)
Wind Resistance (serviceability & safety)

and in accordance with the Taylor Woodrow Quality System for:   
Impact Resistance (BS8200)
Seismic Movement (AAMA 504.4-00)

In accordance with BBA, Gebrik is acceptable for use on masonry walls up to, and including, 30m in height and concrete walls up to 65m in height.

In accordance with CWCT, Gebrik will withstand a minimum wind resistance of 3623 pascals with <0.2mm residual deflection and -3607 pascals with <-0.2mm residual deflection, with zero water penetration.

Fire Performance
The external surface of the system is classified as Class O or 'low risk' as defined in the documents supporting the national Building Regulations.

The system has been tested in accordance with BS8414-1:2002 and when classified in accordance with Annex A of BRE report (BR 135:2003) Fire Performance of External Insulation for Walls of Multi-Storey Buildings has been shown to have met the performance criteria.

Durability
The results of accelerated ageing tests, including thermal and freeze/thaw tests, indicate that the system is durable. It should remain effective for a minimum of 30 years, provided any damage to the surface is repaired immediately.

There is no failure, significant damage to the surface finish or significant indentation following soft and hard body impact tests in accordance with BS8200.

Insurance
Gebrik has been accepted for warranty by Zurich Insurance within their New Home Warranty Scheme when applied to masonry, steel frame or Panablok substrates.

Gebrik has been accepted for warranty by NHBC Insurance within their New Home Warranty Scheme, provided the system is used in accordance with the BBA or CWCT certificate. 

Gebrik is supplied with an insurance-backed warranty for 10 years.
